DoorDash History

DoorDash Logo (PRNewsFoto/DoorDash)

DoorDash was founded in 2013 by Stanford University students Evan Moore, Andy Fang, Stanley Tang and Tony Xu. The company is an on-demand food delivery service.door 4

This company is similar to other recent delivery service companies aimed at offering delivery from restaurants that do not provide it themselves. Originally founded in Palo Alto, the company recently moved into larger headquarters in San Francisco in late 2015.

DoorDash has been rumored to have raised hundreds of millions, possibly as much as 1 billion, from businesses such as Sequoia Capital and SV Angel. Originally offering service to only the greater San Francisco area, in less than 3 years time this company has already expanded to Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston. door 2

In-N-Out filed a lawsuit in late 2015 against DoorDash claiming unfair competition and trademark infringement.

The company announced in March 2018 that it was venturing into the grocery delivery service by partnering with Walmart in the Atlanta, Georgia, area.door 3

DoorDash is also talking with Postmates about a possible merger to fend off competitors GrubHub and Uber.

I have been a driver for over 3 years and have 3,250 deliveries. Yesterday I delivered 24 orders and made over $225. My customers seemed happy with my service and I had no complaints. I had several large deliveries and was tipped extra. This morning at 3am I received an email saying I had been deactivated due to low customer rating. What??? My customer rating is 4.60, well above your deactivation rate of 4.5. I don’t understand why I was deactivated. This makes no sense. I enjoy being a driver and need this job badly. Please explain to me what is going on. I need to get re-activated!! Thank you

Door Dash continues to promise that they will pay me when I call in but they are claiming that they are backed up with resubmitting payments.

I have made countless efforts to contact them over the past month. I received 2 payments in the correct account after this incident to prove that they been had my correct bank account information. It does not appear that I will ever get paid. I have proof of every email and incident report sent to them with their response.

Scott July 5, 2018 at 2:43 pm

On July 4th an Atlanta Door Dash driver cut me off in traffic on his scooter. When I honked he gave me the finger and braked very hard, I braked in order to not hit him. When we got to the next stop light he intentionally rammed his scooter into the front of my truck, gave me the finger again, then ran a red light and drove off.

Door Dash entered a “ticket” and suggested the driver’s insurance would be responsible. Unfortunately, despite knowing who the driver was (Luayy) they continue to refuse to provide any information to file a police report.

Door Dash seems to have no concern that their driver committed a felony hit and run!

There response is they have no number for their corporate headquarters and I should hopefully hear from someone within 5 days.

This company is a disgrace to all other delivery companies that run delivery services in an ethical manner.

Scott July 5, 2018 at 3:14 pm

Door Dash has been notified of a felony hit and run and has yet to respond. They have a legal responsibility to notify the applicable insurance carriers and respond to my claim but thus far have refused to do so.

I haven’t been paid since Thursday of last week. I’m on daily pay and of course they charge me even though they don’t process my payments over the weekend. As of today, Tuesday, I have not received any payments. Customer support keep telling me that it might take a few days due to initial setup on daily pay. I’ve been on daily pay for weeks with no problems until today. If I don’t receive payment I will be contacting an attorney regarding this matter due to breach of contract

Susana Campos June 6, 2018 at 7:18 pm

I am going to continue to post on here until I get my f-ing money…. A-HOLES!!!

Susana Campos June 6, 2018 at 7:15 pm

I have been trying to get my pay. Yesterday I was back n forth with someone by email and today crickets. So I emailed again, DOORDASH called me gave me the run around and now they’re telling me I have to supposedly wait til next week to get paid! Why the f**k would I work for a company that doesn’t bother to have a number where dashers can call regarding issues like non-payment.

Today I was on the phone for 30 minutes getting no where fast. Why DOORDASH feels they have to transfer all calls to the phillapines is very odd. But then again, what better way to keep you hanging than by having you speak to someone who doesn’t understand the English language. Smh. I need my money and need it transferred into my account today!!!

Donna O'Brien July 16, 2018 at 1:46 pm

Hi my name isDonna o’Brien. I am a new driver and need some help . I have not been able to drive for a week because nobody’ responds! I have opened three tickets and nothing!! How do I get to talk to a live person without driving to an office?

Do you have any video of that? I’d love to find out some additional information.

John Sureemee May 6, 2018 at 10:28 am

Door Dash does such a poor job, that I called last night and had them remove my restaurant from their website. They are not worth the trouble. Poor training, no training, poor communication, no communication, frustrating customer service when help is needed, very long wait times for help. All the screw-ups they do makes my customers think it is us who are delivering the food an hour late. No, that’s DoorDash. Lucky for our restaurant, we have plenty of pick-up orders and don’t need DoorDash to make us look bad.

Ferran pena April 6, 2018 at 3:40 pm

I’ve been unsuccessful trying to update my info and change my bank info. It keeps giving me an error message, can’t update payment information & that I have to try again.
Well it’s been a month and it still doesn’t allow me to update my info, I can’t even get to the page to put my bank info. I’ve emailed soooo many times I even logged in to dash just so I can start chatting with an agent for the to call me about my situation. Til now they give me the same crap telling me that someone will call me back… it’s been a Month already!!! I don’t know why they keep promising someone will call me back, til now I haven’t gotten PAID!!! I’m now thinking I should sue Door Dash for not getting my money! Anyone recommend a lawyer??? I really need help…..!!!!!!!!

Bobby White May 24, 2018 at 6:30 pm

I am having the same issue.

Ismael velasco May 30, 2018 at 11:34 pm

I’m having the same issue myself but my account has been hacked. I was called by a gentleman stating he was a door dash rep because he knew I was in the middle of a order he told me the order had been canceled and that I needed 5 more deliveries to be made to get a $300 bonus. He tricks me Into asking me that he needed my email and password to send me an email and verify that the money will be recieved by 4am today if I meet those 5 deliveries. So me like a fool I end up believing this. I do 8 more deliveries that Sunday. The next morning I check my emails and it says my account password and email has been changed on door dash that I never authorized. I even tried contacting them before the payment was sent out and what ends up happening instead of freezing the payment door dash responds a day later let’s the payment go through and the hacker most likely changed my bank information since I wasn’t paid for that week my account email and password were changed I even try contacting them like 8 times speaking to so many agents and none have seemed to even be honest about my situation cuz I been told 4 days ago about it being resolved in 24~48hrs and still nothing no call from anyone and I’m in the same thing where I’m thinking of getting a lawyer myself…

susan June 14, 2018 at 12:55 pm

lisa sweeney March 23, 2018 at 12:24 am

I have been trying to sign in as a new dasher but after seeing all the complaints with all the problems I am not so sure. my friend has been a dasher for three years and loved it. he was hoping to refer me. I see many complaints from people who did not get the promised referral fees. there is a problem with the website not allowing new people to sign in. you don’t have addresses or anyone who seems to be able to resolve these issues. I guess i’ll have to wait and see if you ever fix the website.

Joshua schafer March 11, 2018 at 3:43 pm

I have given chance after chance to this company more than I would most. Time after time order after order and complaint after complaint. The only logical conclusion one can draw is there is a corporate culture bred around complacency and poor customer service. Food delvlivery isn’t something new and there’s no secrets trick to it. Complaints fall on deaf ears and no steps are taken to fix the glaring flaws. Drivers don’t care and besides the 20 minute orientation video most probably skip the corporation it self is happy to just credit rather than fix the root. That’s sad and a giant failure

Donna Green January 23, 2018 at 12:16 pm

My complaint deals with your employment practices. My son and nephew, Austin Green, and Quincy Pindling are dashers. They took part of your promotion to recruit other dashers, and your company took advantage of them and changed the terms of the offer. Austin was to receive $400.00, and Quincy, $200.00. When they tried to get paid, your office changed the terms of the deal and claimed that the promotion was outdated. There were no dates on the promotional notice and I still have a copy. Door dash responded by cutting recruit, Avery Green, off without explanation although one was requested. They claimed that Avery was still a dasher but his account was clearly deactivated. I have been trying to resolve this amicably and your company appears to think this is a joke. These are my sons and nephew who are just starting out in terms of making their own money. They are still teens. I do not want them to have to discover how grimy and underhanded the world of work can be at such an early age. Please be fair and restore my sons’s account.

Keith P. February 19, 2018 at 2:45 pm

I am having a similar issue myself. I recruited people. One of my recruits fulfilled the terms of the promotion, but they won’t pay out because they said the time expired. The new dasher has 30 days to do 40 dashes, However, they started the clock before the orientation. How can someone dash if they have not been to orientation and been activated in the system? Doesn’t make any sense. And, another one of my recruits has not been able to get into orientation as they have been all filled…yet and still they have started the clock for her to fulfill her dashes. It’s a clear rip off and the customer service is based overseas and they don’t understand certain concepts and it’s extremely frustrating. I am out my bonus and so is my referee. I want to pursue a suit. Someone should start a class action suit, because they seem to have a lot of shady practices. I’m sick of it!

Leah Nhan January 2, 2018 at 7:21 pm

Thank you for the refund of the missing items. I do still feel however that the inconvenience and disappointment it caused the family would be deserving of a full credit. It was New Year’s Day having fun with the family and kiddos it was very hard to explain. The customer service rep hung up right in the middle of talking and I’m a rather polite person. Most likely will be doing more business with Uber eats.

Courtney Austin December 23, 2017 at 4:00 pm

I would like to file a formal complaint with Door Dash Corporate office. On 12/18/2017 I attempted to place an order and when I submitted the order I received an error message stating the payment information could not be verified. My card was charged 4 times and the food order was never placed. When I called customer support they said that I would receive a refund of the money that would take 3-5 business days. The total amount of money on hold by door dash was $226 and because of your error I had a check bounce and was charged not only by my financial institution but also by my apartment complex. And to add insult to injury Door dash offered me a $20 credit. When the total amount of damages is $105. I do not feel that I should have to absorb the cost of Door Dashes mistake and or system glitch. As you know all of the communications are recorded and I have you representative expressing that this issue as been brought to the attention of upper management and that nothing has been done. Why? Do you not care about your customers? I would like to be refunded the $75.00 that I had to pay my Apartment Complex for the return check fee. I’m sure that if you look at my account you will see that I use door dash frequently and have spent a great deal of money using your services I certain its more than the $75 dollars that I expect to be reimbursed. I would like some one to contact me in regards to this complaint. Thank you.

Mike Kilgore December 12, 2017 at 7:51 pm

Worst experience with a corporation I have seen in years. Charged me for a delivery then, 20 minutes later, sent me an email that my order was cancelled. “…5-7 days” should have my refund. How unprofessional and what a theft. Would never use service again and will go out of my way to spread word to all of the restaurant industry. By the way, my attorney’s name is Sutton Slover, you should be hearing from him soon.

TENAYE November 22, 2017 at 10:03 am

I don’t know what is going on with doordash, I have 3 incidents in the same week. The first the customer order the food to be delivered in a bar and he didn’t answer his phone and my Text as well. And I contacted the customer service and told me the customer wants to be delivered in the bar … think of I go in a bar and call his name loudly since he is not answering his phone. And who is gonna be responsibile if something happen to me. It’s unfair and as home delivery he should come to the door and take it. Finally after 15 minutes he came and take it.

Second I deliver food and the customer gave me envelop and I taught it’s tip and when I reach home it’s not tip, it’s pay check for reastaurant then I inform the doordash and one of the customer service call me next day and ask me to deliver the pay check for the reastaurant and since I am driving 32 miles going and coming he promise me I will get $25 for the next payment. Now they said since it doesn’t show on the app we can’t pay you. I am still complaing but the customer service don’t reply email.

The third, on the app it says order in person, I order and tried to pay by red card and declined. The cashier said she can’t do anything . I tried to chat but it doesn’t show how many peoples a head of me. Then I paid by my debit card and delivered the food. Now they don’t want to reimburse, they said we pay the reastaurant weekly and you suppose not to pay by ur card. Is it my problem? I order to make the delivery on time I tried my best but they refuse.

I don’t know where to go and complain. Please help me out if anybody has idea where to go in DC except orientation places .

Mercy M. November 19, 2017 at 10:21 pm

The services I received today are worst. Never seen anyone so unprofessional and disrespectful. I provided clear detailed instructions and phone number when ordering. Tiana called me at the gate but I wasn’t able to answer. She called again and I picked up and told her to go ahead and dial my name at the call box again and I will let her in. She knocked my door and didn’t even say hello. She had the food in her one hand tilting. I said thank you and she just run back to her car. Didn’t even care to acknowledge me I opened the bag of food to see if anything was missing. Of course my drink was missing. So I called her and told her I was missing my drink. She then stated rudely “you gonna have to come and get it my cell phone is dying”. I went to go up the steps get the drink and I heard someone repeatedly honking their car. It was Tiana and her friends telling me to go walk on the grass to get the drink. When I got up there She had her hand out of the car window with the drink. I took the drink and didn’t say anything. Coz I didn’t wanna say anything to instigate anything. She goes and says “you arenwelcome” very loudly. Again I didn’t say anything. She then shouts “bye fatty” and her and her friends in the car laugh at loud. I can’t farmoth the disrespect I received today. Never in my life have I ever encountered anything like this. I feel sorry for you if these are the people who represent your company. I need a manager to call right away. I am contacting the cooperate office first thing tomorrow morning.

NICOLLE MITCHELL October 10, 2017 at 3:19 pm

Doordash…the service sucks. I’ve ordered from Doordash 5 times and all five times, I’ve had issues with Doordash. Either, they forgot something or the delivery driver is rude and disrespectful. First of all, they are always late. Then when you call them, they give you some sorry excuse as to why the food is late and the service is sorry. When you receive a call from customer service, they make excuses for the poor service I have received. If the service you provide is to deliver food, then do that. You send these less than skilled people with the service level of a child to do your business. I’ve encountered poor personal hygiene, poor manners and always late food. Sending credits does absolutely nothing when with that same credit, we’ll receive the same lousy service. Trust me when I tell you that I will pass the word to all the people I know and to the entire Georgetown University not to use your service. Oh, and I’ll be contacting the BBB as soon as I’m done here. I don’t really want to hear any updated about my complaint. I shouldn’t have had to come on here to complain. Your company is charging ridiculous prices for a service that you can’t even provide.

Susan April 15, 2018 at 5:03 pm

This has been my experience exactly. Can’t get orders right then HASSLE you about refunds. The customer service agents HASSLE you no end to accept partial credits (they only credit the food, not the delivery fee) and then hold those credits against you if you make a future complaint – “we see you used credit for your last order…” Very poor service.

Ka-Bo September 20, 2017 at 4:33 pm

DO NOT use their service!!! I was charged $128.86 when my order was just $32.05! I called customer service regarding this and he was INCREDIBLY RUDE! He started off by saying that this was my fault and he couldn’t do anything to correct what was obviously THEIR PROBLEM. Then I continued to let him know everything that happened and he kept cutting me off so, I asked if he would stop interrupting me because it was rude and he just started YELLING AT ME!!! What kind of customer service is this!? I do not appreciate being treated in such a way if I am paying for their service.

Melanie September 18, 2017 at 2:51 pm

Have waited almost 2 hours for our delivery for just THREE meals. No one contacted me regarding anything. There’s no number to call on the website, just a comment form to email. How does anyone check on their food like this? I had to go looking online for their corporate office/number. Located a number and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before someone very unhelpful answered. This is just ridiculous.

Jennifer August 28, 2017 at 11:53 pm

Hi there just called the restaurant and they were not closed till 10 I’m really upset that I waited 45 minutes with my 6yr old who is hungry and was waiting as well. A free delivery will not bring me back to door dash you need to do better then that. Y’all need to keep in mind that your customers have familys their ordering for so when you make the wait over 45 minutes and cancel an order after they wait not ok think about if you were the customer at home waiting to feed her family putting the task to a third party obviously is not ok I will do it myself from now on because I cannot trust door dash.
A very very disappointed customer.

Ivan Freeman August 28, 2017 at 4:48 pm

This is my first month. The ratings system is very unequal. After 39 trips, a perfect 5***** customer rating. My 40th trip dropped me down a whopping .22 of a point. That is a giant 4% drop, Giant because that’s 1/3 of the way down to 85% (4.25), life or death. Everyone says they “will” or “ALREADY DID” give a 5-star rating. After that big drop, ratings went up several times but only .01 point at a time. Therefore, that rating system has no parameters at all. If it does, drivers don’t know about it. Scientists and doctors could not make up their own laws of science, or there would be total chaos when researching medicine, and pharmaceuticals would be in total control. I thought DoorDash was trying to be TRANSPARENT ? After sending me congratulations yesterday after my 100th delivery, I had a perfect day today, nothing went wrong, I was quick, accurate, and polite with the 5 trips, and the rating, which went up from 4.84 to 4.88, then stayed there a few days, went down .04 of a point Saturday after ONE TRIP. Everyone was happy over the weekend and today, rating drops another .08 today ? That’s a GIANT .2 of a point ore ONE-THIRD DOWN towards doomsday or 4.25 star-rating (85%). By the way, My Acceptance Rate is 96%, Completion Rate 100% !!! There is no way scientific software is being used. Or it would not be so uneven, without equals weights of measurements when determining ratings. Human error must be involved. No driver I’ve met knows the value of ANY type of complaint or positive comment is worth. Negative ratings are very disproportionately worth more than positive ratings. Columbus, OH.

Phil hernandez August 18, 2017 at 4:32 pm

Doordash is so lame! Got two of my orders wrong once and one time dasher never showed up with the food I ordered for my kids. They refund you in doordash credits but after those experiences, I will never use doordash again! I do not recommend them to anyone! Customer service is a joke and so is the company as a whole. In my opinion…. F*^K DOORDASH!

Nina Lichterman August 29, 2017 at 3:12 am

I just spent over 3 hours trying to get my correct order thru Door Dash – they did credit me, with a Door Dash credit – but it is not worth the aggrevatio – never again

Sarah Smith July 19, 2017 at 4:38 pm

I worked for DD almost a year, I had good rating, always working. I was deactivated without cause. I picked up a order from Burger King. A larger order. With 2 large drinks. Their cup holder do not support their drinks. The drinks were falling out of the holder onto my seat, before I was headed to make the delivery, the drinks were staining my seats. I called the customer because I knew I could not carry the entire order plus drinks falling out of the carrier without dropping them inside a large complex to the 4th floor holding my phone, trying to open the door, pressing the elevator buttons, etc. I called the customer to ask for help, he started yelling at me. I decided to to it on my own, with the drinks falling out of the carrier spilling on me and my phone. After looking for the main entrance for 20 mins I finally ran into the customer. He proceeded to call me stupid and dumb. He said all you have to do is deliver an order and you can’t do that, he called me a ni**er too. He was yelling at me, in my face, he was abusive belligerent, vicious and would not listen to me at all. I was scared for my life. After he called me dumb and stupid for the 3 red time I dropped his food and ran. He call Door Dash complained about me. They deactivated my account. Who gets abused then gets fired??? Door dash did not call me to ask me my side of the story. I called them, sent an email statement. I kept hearing someone will get back to you. No one ever called me back. I got an email that the case was closed and final and any pay outstanding I would get. Oh yeah forgot this one… the customer said he was going to get me fired… so that means he was going to tell Door Dash anything lies because I could not deliver to his door. Door dash you are contributing to bad behavior from customers who abuse women. Shame on you. If any one knows an attorney please send a message through this platform

Jenna September 16, 2017 at 3:50 am

Was this ever resolved? I just signed up to be a dasher, and they wanted my social security number, driver license number . After I gave out that info, they sent me a text wanting my bank info. I am so upset I gave up my SS#, and DL# as it is, and to give up my bank info all online freaked me out. So I called them, and all I could talk to is someone in Guatemala who didn’t know how to answer my questions. I can’t even talk to someone from the U.S when this is a U.S. Business. It scared me. I thought it was a scam. Is it normal to give all your info online without even speaking to someone? And then when you do speak to someone, they’re from another country, and have no clue how to answer your questions?

Kyle Sexton July 14, 2017 at 10:08 am

Had wrote a long and thought out email including my experiences with the company which were very negative and when speaking to a CSR i get an even worst experience (almost getting hung up on actually) instead of wanting to hear me out they let me know they’re “taking care of it.” but of what? I’ve been taken advantage of a company that offers a service and cant commit to that service. To be told they’re “taking care of it” ?? How? Because when I sent that email I get the same csr (who told me they’d send to a corporate level) to reply back saying they “care” WHERE?? i cant even get what i requested both from the delivery side to the customer support aspect! POOR company values!

Lori True July 6, 2017 at 6:09 pm

My car was hit by a dasher and I can not get ahold of anyone. I have talked to customer support 3 times who have told me they will have someone call me from the right department but no one ever does. The driver’s personal insurance won’t cover it because she was on the job. Door Dash operates with unethical business practices.

I am a disabled Veteran who worked 12 hours on Memorial day. I was promised $12 an hour between 5-8 pm. When they figured my pay they gave me $26 instead of. !36. Where did you go to school. I also notice that you have hired many disrespectful kids and the merchants are complaining to me. But. When i use the app you never do anything. This is no way to run a busi9.

Pamela Brooks June 3, 2017 at 4:06 pm

I was deactivated for no reason a day after I ask for my pay you never paid me… God is going to take care of you all that runs a business like that. I work my butt off the time I was working and you deactivate me after I complained about a missing payment. You send emails stating you can’t give a reason why you deactivated me but we all know why because I ask for what is owed to me. I am not going to call your company any names but I do want you to know I am a mother of a disable autistic little boy and a family that need this job to help her get out of a homeless shelter and back to her family where we have a stabile home. Thanks Door Dash you really don’t care how you mess with hard working people lives…..JUST DON’T CARE, JUST DESPITEFUL UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, BLAST YOU ON FACE BOOK AND NOW WAITING ON TWO ATTORNEYS TO FILE A SUIT AND IF THAT DOES NOT WORK GOD WILL SURELY TAKE CARE OF YOU DESPITFUL PEOPLE….

Janae Mbungu May 31, 2017 at 2:44 pm

Doordash is a scam ! Dont do it . What business you know doesn’t have a phone number or a fax number and doesn’t verify employment . I’ve had so many problems with them and I’ve been ignored, dont work for them !

Janae Mbungu May 31, 2017 at 2:40 pm

I have so many complaints and problems with doordash as a dasher that I’ve emailed and called you all about and IM ALWAYS IGNORED and I have a problem with that ! You all give VERY poor customer service and need to be shut down because its sad that with all 4 of my complaints since I’ve started at doordash have gone underheard but Im going to keep taking it up the chain of command until Im heard because its RIDICULOUS !

Sherie Williams May 16, 2017 at 10:37 am

Similar to many comments I’ve noticed here, I am a dasher who is having a great deal of trouble getting my first week of earned pay deposited. I have communicated via email with the local Door Dash office almost daily for approximately 3 weeks, even though they don’t always respond. Despite the fact that I have been paid for two subsequent weeks of dashing, the consistent response I am getting is that my direct deposit is not set up. I have provided all sorts of documentation as well as Door Dash screen shots in an attempt to demonstrate how outrageous this is. The most frustrating thing at this point is that I cannot even speak with a human or that human’s supervisor in an attempt to move this issue closer to resolution. Based on the number of complaints I see on this, it appears this is a well known/documented issues for your company, yet there is no established standard approach for resolution. I would greatly appreciate a response to my concern. Thank you

Dayna Ann COSSETTA May 14, 2017 at 12:08 am

I have yet to receive my bonus for completing 50 deliveries within 30 days!! I have spoke with 5 different people on seperate occasions and have not gotten an answer!!! My mom also referred me and she has yet to see her bonus either! I am very frustrated because a I have been tossed around and not given an answer. Also how to you contact someone by telaphone other than when your on a delivery that is very frustrating!

Tamerra Thomas May 12, 2017 at 10:52 am

This is Attorney; David Pettus, I must have your legal department contact me immediately regarding an auto/pedestrian collision between one of your dashers and my client. To Whom It May Concern,
I’m a small business owner and if I ran my company like doordash does I’d have no customers. How many times have my orders arrived late? 50% of the time. A few times it hasn’t arrived at all. My issue is how your company handles these situations. Ignoring people or placing them on hold forever doesn’t fix anything. If you offer people refunds or doordash credits do IT!!!! I know this complaint won’t change anything but at least I didn’t stay quiet.

Something needs fixed. You owe my fiancé $400 which he has been being told for three weeks will be deposited into the account and it hasn’t. We have contacted our lawyer and also are in contact with abc 6 on your side. You can’t withhold money from someone it’s stealing !!! Something needs done now. This is ridiculous.

I too am awaiting payment since Monday and have discontinued service until I am paid. Horrible way to conduct business; very disappointing. I have been a merchant for a few months and this has never happened but I hesitate to continue if I have to speak to serveral people who are powerless to do anything. Whenever it is difficult to find a phone number or e mail to a corporate office should be a cationary tell for any merchant.

I am dasher and my 1st pay was never deposited ($195.50) because of the wrong banking numbers.
since then, i have corrected that problem and i have received 2 direct deposits. Now i an still waiting for the 1st deposit of $196.50 for the time period of dec. 5 to dec 11, 2016. i have called customer support many times, and emailed door dash support with all requested information and still 1st no deposit yet. Please look into to this. I will keep sending these complaints till i get my money.

we have had a data issue where my credit card was charged however online your website says it was declined. 3 times. (I have all documentation and screenshots to prove it.) I need to speak to someone in the USA in San Francisco, California. Please contact me 832-319-XXXX ASAP. Mack.Morris at I am going to tweet – retweet, facebook, and instagram this situation until someone acknowledges my money being willfully taken. I don’t care about all the millions you are making (kudos) however for the average hard working “AMERICAN” this is a spit in the face for $52.11.

I have emailed CEO: Tony Xu CFO: Stanley Tang COO: Andrew Munda on linkedin already. I work too hard for my money for the company not to even take immediate action.

Have been trying to submit a message regarding items missing from our order last night, Nov. 6,2016.
Side of soup missing from two entrees. I’m requesting a credit back to my account or a delivery today. I’m not real hopeful of hearing back from a real person after reading “customer complaints” on line regarding your customer service. I also spent a great deal of time on the computer just to find your location and phone number. What is that all about, I assume you want to keep this growing business growing. A response back would be nice.
